Our 1/2 day, Drift and Skiff trips take you to regional waters to chase Trout, Steelhead, Salmon, Pike, Musky, Carp and other inland species within easy reach of our store. Our motto is “if it swims we can catch it on the fly”.

Every full day trip includes transportation, shore lunch, water and use of equipment.

Full payment is required on all trips at the time of booking. Trips go out rain, snow or shine. Cancellations made within 7 days of Public River Trip departures result in full charge. Cancellations made 7 days prior to the scheduled Public River Trip, the Deposit will be withheld and can be applied to any future trip reservation (valid one year from original booking date and based on guide availability). Full day trips consist of 7 hours fishing time. Half day trips consist of 4 hours fishing time.

Everyone should always bring a camera, hat, sunglasses, and rain gear. You choice to bring sunscreen or bug spray, but these are strongly advised. During cold weather please dress appropriately with layered clothing.

Fly rods/reels/flies are provided and waders/boots may be rented at the shop.

Tipping is very much appreciated. Twenty percent of the trip price is a standard gratuity.

Catching fish is never guaranteed. The number of fish landed varies with conditions and angler ability. Our professional fly fishing guides do their best to put you on as many fish as possible on every trip.

We guide anglers of every ability and age level. Beginners are welcome! All of our guides are adept at teaching novices how to fly fish.

Everyone age 16 and older is required to have a fishing license. You are required to show a Government Issued Photo ID like a drivers license to purchase a fishing license. We fish almost every month of the year and the fishing can be great all year long. World class Steelhead fishing 30 minutes from the shop in the fall and spring, Fantastic predator fishing in the spring and fall. Bass in the spring can be one of the most exciting fish to catch on a fly rod. Spring and early summer trout fishing for rookies, browns and rainbows.  Autumn offers fall foliage, great fishing, and the return of the Steelhead. We have several months where skiing and fishing can happen in the same day.
