Emily Tingue-Arena grew up in Ashford, NY and has enjoyed researching the trails and wildlife in the area for many years. Emily attends seminars to learn about edible herbs, flowers, fungus, and forgeable foliage native to New York. She works with local residents, county committees and the Foot Hills Trail Club to increase awareness for local waterways and hiking trails in an effort to protect these natural resources for future generations. When Emily isn’t at Adventure Bound she enjoys time with her little ones exploring the hills and creeks, spending time in the garden, or baking up sweet delights in the kitchen!
