Donation and Fundraising Requests - Adventure Bound on the fly

As a local, independent outdoor retailer, Adventure Bound is committed to serving the needs of the people in the community of Ellicottville. Unlike big box stores or online venues, we have a vested interest in the community of Ellicottville and are deeply connected to the people of this wonderful town.

For this reason, we have chosen to focus our philanthropic efforts on Family Support of Ellicottville which operates under the auspices of the Rotary Youth Foundation. In times of crisis, Family Support of Ellicottville cares for the needs of people in our community.

We understand that there are many worthy, valuable organizations that contribute to this community. Unfortunately, we cannot donate to all of them. However, we will thoughtfully and carefully consider every donation request. As our business continues to grow, the amount of money we will be able to dedicate to charitable endeavors will grow as well. By shopping in our community, you ensure that your dollars will stay in Ellicottville.

Guidlines:

Purpose and Beneficiaries: In order to be considered for a donation, you must apply on behalf of an organization that has a non-profit legal status whose mission is to support local community welfare, educational growth or youth sports programs whose focus is developing life skills through sports.

Size of Donation: As a guideline, $25 gift certificates and / or products of $25-$50 retail value will be considered.

Lead Time: Please submit your request at least 30 days prior to the event. This lead time allows us to thoughtfully and fairly evaluate requests and coordinate attendance at events if needed.
